Submit your own, original recipe with your name, address, telephone number and email address. Recipes submitted must be original. You can submit your recipe easily by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. You also can submit your recipe by email to PLTInfo@BridgeportPLTI.org OR BY MAIL TO 900 Boston Avenue in Bridgeport, CT 06610.

The deadline for submissions is April 6, 2009.

You may enter as many times as you like. By submitting your recipe, you are giving permission for your recipe to be used in connection with the development, distribution and sale of promotional materials regarding the PLTI. You are also agreeing to comply with our liability/publicity terms. Recipes will not be returned.

Each entry must include:

1. recipe name

2. list ingredients with measurements

3. step by step preparation and cooking directions (include cooking temperature if necessary)

4. entrant name, age, complete address with zip code, telephone number with area code and an email address if possible.

All entries are subject to review. Each entry constitutes permission for the PLTI to use said person’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state address in connection with this contest on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media now or hereafter known, in perpetuity without limitation, review, permission or compensation.

By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that PLTI shall own all entries, including all recipes and rights embodied therein. Such materials shall be deemed to be non-confidential and non proprietary and PLTI shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such materials and shall be free to edit, make the most of, modify, publish, reproduce, use, disclose, disseminate and distribute these materials to others without limitation in any and all media not known or hereafter developed; for any purpose, without compensation, permission or notification to entrant or any third party. This contest s provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
